KUTTAB CAFE, ABU DHABI

Last Saturday, after attending the Holy Mass, we decided to have our lunch at the Noodle House of Souq Qaryat Al Beri. Since we are in UAE where weekends fall on a Friday and Saturday, we usually spend Saturdays like the usual "family day" Sunday in the Philippines.  We begin the day by attending the 9:30am mass then eat our lunch outside (so the master chef of the house who happens to be my dearest husband, Ronnie, can have a rest day).

This was actually the third time I have come to visit this place.  It's a bit far from the city proper, a little small and less populated compared to malls.  If you are the kind of person who wants to have some privacy and enjoy the middle eastern style of architecture, this is one of the perfect places to be!

Since we were attending an early morning mass, it is very often that we always have to wait for restaurants to open at 12 noon before we can have lunch.  Good thing cafes are readily available to save us temporarily from hypoglycemia.  We were supposed to be heading to Starbucks (as usual) but we happened to pass by this cozy cafe on our way.  So, we decided to give it a try.

The place has a very peaceful and relaxing ambiance, classy and attractive pieces of furniture, and a comfortable seat perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a good book.

Cafe Latte

Caramel Frappuccino

Chocolate Frappuccino

Red Velvet Milk Shake

We really enjoyed this place.  Aside from the very nice place which you will surely love, their set of menu also taste good and are very much affordable.  That's what you call value for money.  Are we coming back? Definitely! And maybe you can also give it a try.  Believe me, it's worthy.
